From 2020 to 2025, we rapidly expanded our operational structure in Lithuania – we opened a new warehouse and provided employees and customers with a pleasant environment by opening the doors of a new administrative building. Currently, Diktum has three fastening product stores that operate in Lithuania, located in Kaunas and Vilnius, along with a new warehousing center and an administrative building in Kaunas.

In order to provide the highest quality service for customers and partners and ensure efficient operation, UAB "Diktum" follows ISO9001 quality management system standards. The ISO certificate identifies operational efficiency, an effective management process of the company, and meets all legal requirements. The ISO management system contributes to the continuous growth and improvement of the organization, reliability, helps maintain the satisfaction of existing customers with the services provided, and fosters a positive company identity.

One of our greatest values is social responsibility and meaningful initiatives. We consistently contribute to reliable organizations such as "Rimantas Kaukėnas Charitable Foundation" and the "Lithuanian Red Cross Society".

Additionally, one of the main focus of our organization is to support well-being and sports initiatives - we contribute to youth engagement to sport and their achievements by providing donations to the Cycling Club "Kolibris," the Sports Club "Forto Amicus," and the Youth Football School "Ąžuolas."
