According to the company's director, D. Sabaliauskas, these changes were necessary to optimize logistics processes and increase the product range.
"For many years, we have invested a lot of time in building the relationship with each customer, supplier, and partner. It is important for us that all work processes would be continuously improved to maintain competitiveness and the highest standards, with customers being the main beneficiaries in this entire chain of company changes," said D. Sabaliauskas about the company's growth objectives.
"We are pleased to be able to grow and have the opportunity to offer our customers more services, more high-quality goods, and fast as well as professional service. In order to achieve this, we need to expand our infrastructure, increase the range of goods and services, and invest in employees and work processes. This is where we are currently focusing on. We will soon open another Diktum store in Kaunas, which will allow customers to purchase goods even more conveniently or quickly receive consultations on fastening issues," added a representative of the company.
Growth in employee numbers and service expansion
The company has not only invested in infrastructure but has also significantly increased the number of employees. This has made it possible to ensure a higher level of customer service and expand the range of services provided.

Responding to customer needs, "Diktum" will soon offer another new service – 24/7 product pickup. Special parcel lockers will be located near each Diktum store in Kaunas and Vilnius.
